PATIL'S HOUSE

A duplex house is a residential building constructed on two floors. Designing one of these in a city of Mumbai takes brain storming matching the design expectation. This space had two living units attached to each other.

HEMANT SHAH

This project is located in Qshiwara Mumbai. A compact home is composed of a hall, bedroom, study and a kitchen with washrooms and balcony. These houses differ in size from 500 sq. ft. to 800 sq. ft. which is well-suited for a tiny family. Such a house was designed by our team in the year 2019 for an old client.

This is an ongoing project located in Sawantwadi on the outskirts of Mumbai. Farmhouse style is an architecture style that prioritizes practicality, simplicity, and rustic charm. While farmhouse style tends to reflect the aesthetics of rural architecture, it also embraces modern comforts, creating a look that feels both cozy and stylish.

AIKLESH SHAH

This project is located in Royal palms in Aarey colony Mumbai, This project indicated a very contemporary style of architecture & interior as this was designed in the year 2001 for personal use by the client.

SHIRGAVKAR'S BUNGALOW

This is our upcoming project in Alibaug, Maharashtra.

A comfortable double bed faces the fireplace and an ante-room in blue has a single bed for a third person. A separate verandah and dining room are attached to the kitchen-pantry wing, With a different type of roofing called the butterfly roof design.

SALIAN'S HOUSE KANDIVILI

This is our Project located in Kandiwali East, Mumbai

APPLE STORE GOA

The ambience of Apple Stores, has been a reason for the brand’s retail success world over. We tried to help them out by designing such a store for them in an upcoming market like goa. We had to revamp the exterior and get the absolute new designs for interiors.

BAWA INTERNATIONAL

This projects is located at Parle near the Mumbai domestic airport. This is a well recognized project for our firm as this is inside a 4 star hotel. The project was completed by us in the year 2002 as the bar was shut for technical reasons, time played a very important role in the completion of work. The designs were given a vintage touch to provide a royal finish.

NEPTUNE MALL

This project is located in Bhandup, Mumbai. The entrance lobby at the mall and the club house of the building adjoining to it was in our scope of designing. The MEP drawing of the mall were also a part of this project. The mall entrance had to be attractive as it was shut for a very long time and was going to be reopened for the public again.
